I started piercing in Tucson, Arizona back in 1993 and ultimately did my first tattoo nine years later on 1/2/2002 (more complete history here). My favorite art genres are photorealism, trash polka, floral and fauna, wild color blasts, and dark imagery. Mostly, I like custom tailoring unique designs and making good tattoos that last.

When I'm not in the studio, I feel fortunate and grateful to spend time with my family, working on our house, in nature, and generally just living life. I'm going constantly, although I'm pressed by the feeling that I'm never getting enough done! I'm sure a lot of you can relate.
