For those of you who didn't know, I tore my bicep back in mid-June, then was fortunate enough to have surgery to repair it at the end of that month. It was stressful and definitely difficult at times. I had no idea how I was going to handle 2+ months off of work, both financially and mentally.
I'm forever grateful for my circle of support, especially my hardworking and amazing wife for putting up with me while I was recovering. Thanks to you all, and an extra thank you to my patient and understanding clients whom I had to reschedule.
My arm is fairly back to normal, with some many months of physical therapy ahead, but WAY better and functional again. (Thanks, Dr. Hall and OHSU!) Before I knew it, the time was gone and I had to get back to the daily grind. I made the most of my down-time and tried to keep moving. I"m sure that helped speed things along, but it almost feels like it was no time at all!
I was booking quite a ways out before my injury, and this break in my calendar has really crammed things up for the next several months as I try and play catch-up, so I've closed my books to any new scheduling until closer to the New Year. I'm available via email (lunatictattoo@gmail.com) to discuss concepts, but will not be setting anything new up for a bit. After 21 years of tattooing, I'm going to be more selective about the projects I take on, instead of closing my books as often as I have been when my schedule has been getting too far out. Thank you for your interest and support! We appreciate you !
Wishing you all a happy Fall, and the very best holiday Season!
